- How long does it take for my order to arrive?

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once an order has been successfully placed on basecesena.com, we will ship it to the address indicated by the customer.

All shipments are made via express courier 48-72 hours from receipt of the order.
Shipping costs vary depending on the geographical area.
All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items.


BASECESENA does not assume responsibility in the event of delays due to the carrier used or for actions beyond its direct competence.

AUTHENTICITY

- Are the products authentic?

All products present on Base Cesena are carefully checked by a team of experts to guarantee their authenticity and integrity. The verification is certified by the affixing of our "VERIFY APPROVED" guarantee tag which identifies the product as 100% authentic and of the "Dead-Stock" class DS : new, never worn and original box. Thanks to our continuous and meticulous authentication procedures we are recognized as highly reliable by our thousands of satisfied customers, in Italy and Europe.

PAYMENTS

- How can I buy?

You can purchase our products by choosing one of the following payment methods:

 
PAYPAL
By choosing the Paypal payment method the customer can pay directly via his Paypal account. BASECESENA reserves the right to ship the goods only to the address indicated on the account verified by Paypal.
 
CREDIT CARD
When purchasing, customers enter their credit card details into a secure electronic banking system, provided by PayPal. It is possible to make purchases using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover and Aura card. We invite you to visit www.paypal.it for more information.

COLLECT IN STORE by paying directly in store at the time of collection

SCALA PAY - If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in the number of installments you have chosen. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their transferees, and authorize such transfer.”

RETURNS

- How can I return a purchased product?

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size exchange or store credit within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. In the specific case of a limited edition product (e.g. sneakers) the return will be possible only if the product to be replaced is available in the store's stock, remaining aware of the fact that there could be variations and/or price increases for a different size or type of product.

In the event of a return, the "Approved" guarantee and authenticity seal must not be removed or damaged. The box and any accessories such as: additional laces, "tags", paper etc. are also considered products. Therefore, as with shoes, these objects must not be damaged in any way in order to carry out the return procedure successfully.

 
Return instructions
* To request return authorization, you must send an email to info@basecesena.com. The email must contain information regarding the order number, description of the product, reason for the return and finally indicate the type of compensation desired. Once the procedure has been completed, we will send a confirmation via e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number, and the instructions to follow to return the goods.
* The return shipment carried out with the courier indicated by BASECESENA will be PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.
